A Little Bit of Logan

While Scotty was at scout camp a couple of weeks ago, the kids and I decided to go on our own little getaway. We got a hotel room in Logan, which is about 90 minutes away from Salt Lake. It was a quick trip - almost exactly 24 hours, so we didn't get to do everything we wanted to, but we still did plenty!

We enjoyed having the hotel pool to ourselves.

We ate at Uncle Chuck's (Chuckarama) where we had the most amazing server. Seriously. I left the guy a $20 tip - he was that good.

We went park hopping and shopped for goldfish and cheese

We watched Disney Channel and Nickelodeon.

We ate ice cream.

And swam again.

Then we slept. Kind of. And woke up and raided the continental breakfast.

Then we swam one more time.

And went to the zoo, where we fed ducks.

And saw a tree climbing goat.

We did more park hopping.

Then we stopped for lunch at Subway and headed home.

It was nice to get away, if only for a night.
