Behold my beans:
I had two jars that didn't seal, so we got to have a little sample this week. They're softer than I want them to be. I'm not sure that there is anything I could have done differently, though.
While we were prepping these beans, Scotty and I watched Hitchcock, so now whenever I look at a jar of green beans, I think about Psycho.
There's nothing unusual about that, is there?
Soft beans or not, I am impressed. Canning is not listed under Talents for me.
